Description: Round knob with raised rim fashioned as lotus leaves. Main theme comprises 2 vertical columns of 5 characters each. The characters reads as "huzhou zhen shi zhuan nian er shu zhao zi" which means "genuine reflecting mirror from Huzhou, Northern Zhejiang province".

Main theme comprises of 4 auspicious animals: green dragon (representing East), white tiger (representing West), red sparrow (representing South) and pheonix (representing North) separated by 4 slightly raised nipples. 2 rings of oblique lines surround the main theme. It has broad raised rim.

Description: Knob fashioned as an auspicious creature whose identity remains a mystery. Entire mirror is elaborately decorated with 4 smaller auspicious creatures with raised heads, numerous grapes, vines, leaves and birds of different designs. Raised sloping rim. This design is typical of bronze mirrors from the Tang Dynasty.

The rim is raised. This piece adopt many design typical of Han Dynasty bronze mirrors.
