Payment shall be by Banker's draft, cashier order or postal orders for all overseas customers. Payment currency will be either Singapore dollars or US dollars.

For payment of small amount (US$ 20 or less), cash payment is acceptable. However, risk shall be borne by the sender. When sending such form of payment, use of registered mail is highly recommended. Care should also be taken to ensure that envelopes used for sending cash are properly sealed and that the contents cannot be seen.
Buyer shall pay shipping and handling charges. Item(s) will only be shipped (within 4 days) upon receipt of payment
Insured Airmail or airparcel:
Insurance rates are calculated based on the value of the item being sent. Current rate is 3.5% of the value being insured.
For items that are very delicate, packaging surcharge may apply. We will advice you of the amount payable on a case-by-case basis.

Sea Eagle Coins and Antiquities will not knowingly sell any fakes as genuine articles. Articles with repairs will be clearly indicated in the item description.
Items may be returned for refund of payment made, less shipping and handling charges or US$5 ,whichever is higher. Item must be returned via registered (if below US$ 40 in item value) or insured mail(if more than US $ 40 in item value) and cost incurred for such returns shall be borne by the buyer. Item must be returned within 2 weeks of receipt or within 5 weeks of posting of item, whichever is sooner. Returned item must be in the original condition in which it was sent in.
While all appropriate care shall be taken to ensure that the items are properly packed, there could be occassions whereby damage may still occur while in transit. Upon receipt of items that are damage, buyer must contact us immediately. As a general rule, damage item must be returned to us before credit or replacement is given. The choice of credit or replacement shall be at our discretion.
In all case, you must obtain an authorisation from us for any returns. No refund shall be given for any item(s) returned without written authorisation from us.
